Shin Sen Gumi has another hit restaurant, this location specializes in Hakata Ramen & Udon. So sadly no Robata at this location. Hakata ramen is from Southern Japan in Fukuoka Prefecture. Hakata ramen is served in a milky white pork broth that cooks for at least two days. Hakata ramen is know for its minimal toppings and by it high level of personal customization. You can select the firmness of your noodles, the strength of the broth, and the amount of oil that tops your bowl. Hakata ramen noodles are also much thinner than typical ramen noodles-think angel hair pasta.
