I'm happy to announce I'm putting on the first of hopefully many, cooking classes for kids and kids at heart who want to learn how to make farm to table healthy and delicious kid friendly dishes at home. Our first class will take place on May 19th, 2018. We're going to be teaching some basic knife skills, (yes kids and and should learn how to properly use knives) and some basic techniques so kids and adults can make quick and easy dishes at home. We're going to be fruit and vegetable focused and we will be certain to keep a sharp eye on your weekly food budget. Every kid will be taking home recipes and something special to help him or her continue to cook at home. After every class I'm asking every kid to make a dish and send me a picture or video of what they made for their families and we'll choose the best one and award a special prize. We'll have a series of classes so you'll learn how to make breakfast/brunch, lunch, and dinner items.  For more information contact me through here or send me an email: [email protected]. We'll be posting more info here as well as the date gets closer space is limited as I want these classes to be all hands on deck and fun for all.
