Fresh Uni Poke

These fresh Sea Urchins filled with spicy poke and shoyu poke were made by Chef Maui and his wife Jenn @ Island Life Foods. (www.ilnlyffoods.com) You can find them at various farmer's markets around San Diego. They bring authentic island foods to us mainlanders here in San Diego. These sea urchins were just caught this morning.  This was the first time my friend Jean had ever had sea urchin and this one was so fresh it was still moving.
