New Hot Ramen Spot in Oceanside

Ramen Menma Basso Drillman has opened up in downtown Oceanside. Basso Drillman’s signature ramen is a soup-less style called aburasso, based on well-seasoned, chewy noodles topped with slow-cooked chashu pork, bamboo shoots, cabbage, and green onions. My favorite style of ramen is Tsukamen Ramen, which is similar but different to this aburasso style of ramen. I did miss the broth, but the aburasso ramen was flavorful nonetheless.
